In today’s post, I’m sharing cards from the April Bits & Pieces Creative Showcase I hosted for my Merry Stampers Team. Each team member who signs up receives an envelope with paper crafting “bits & pieces” – an assortment of card stock pieces, DSP, ribbon or trim, embellishments, etc. Each month is different. Each person creates a handmade card or project with at least some of all the products they are sent in their Bits & Pieces kit and any other current Stampin’ Up! products of their choosing. Then we each post a photo of both the “Bits & Pieces” we received and our finished card or project. There is no competition, no prize, just the joy of sharing and inspiring each other to create.
This month I sent everyone a 4″ x 6″ piece of Florals in Bloom Designer Series Paper, a piece of card stock in one of the new 2025 – 2027 In Colors, a die cut from the new Gold Foiled Frames & Labels Ephemera Pack, 3 of the new 2025 – 2027 In Color Flat Pearls.
Below are photos of my Bits & Pieces kit and the card I created. I used my Bits & Pieces to create pretty Pocket Card. The sentiment is from the new Sweet Blooms Stamp Set. What do you think? I hope you love my creation as much as I do.
Dimensions for my Florals in Bloom Pocket Card:
- Card base = 4 1/4″ x 10″, score at 5 1/2″, fold.
- DSP = 4″ x 4 1/4″
- DSP strips on pull out die cut = 1/2″ strips
- Basic White for sentiment = 4″ x 1″
- Secret Sea layer for sentiment = 4″ x 1 1/8″
