Life is beautiful. Sometimes in the midst of pain, illness, isolation, stress, hurt, and loss it can be hard to see the beauty in our world. But then, if we look closely, we can see beauty all around us, in the faces of our family, friends, and loved ones. We can see beauty in the comfort in our homes. We can see beauty in the eyes of a child, and the wrinkles of someone who has lived a long full life. It's also nice to step outside and see the beauty in nature no matter the time of year, new buds in spring, all shades of green in the trees in summer, the many shades of autumn, and in the glittering frost of winter. We just need to take time to observe, see what's around us, and be grateful for that beauty.
Stampin' Up!'s Feels Like Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper was so popular in 2019, they brought it back for us in 2020 as a "Returning Fave". This paper shows true beauty of nature in the winter with its soft colors and delicate images of frozen droplets, snow, and frost on evergreens, leaves leftover from fall, and barren branches.
Below are cards I made with the beautiful Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper. They layout is quite simple and the same for each card. I wanted to focus on the beauty depicted in the various papers without a lot of embellishing. If you've never done this "window pane" layout, you can see me demonstrate it with this link: https://bit.ly/32JnUbf. The Life Is Beautiful Stamp Set is featured in our 2020 Holiday Catalog.
