Sunday, Emily and I hosted a Baby Shower for Andrea and Jon. What a fun and joy-filled day we all had as we prepare to welcome Baby Girl Schmidt to our world in early July.
Many of you have asked for pictures, so while it’s all still fresh in my mind, I figured now is a good time. I used the Elephant Parade Stamp Set & coordinating Dies with Country Gingham Designer Series Paper in Mint Macaron for the Baby Show Invitations. I love how they turned out and receive so many wonderful compliments on them.
Elephant Parade Baby Shower Invitations:

Baby Shower Favors with Country Gingham DSP:

Favors on the left are Hershey Nuggets wrapped with 1″ x 3″ Country Gingham DSP in Petal Pink. Alphabest Stamp Set and Punch were used to make the words.
Favors on the right were made using the Cracker & Treat Box Dies with Country Gingham DSP in Petal Pink. They contain 3 Werther’s soft caramel candies.
Elephant Parade Thank You Notes:
You know I can’t host a baby shower without helping the new mommy and daddy out with Thank You Notes. Andrea and Jon were very grateful for these.
“Thank You” sentiment is from Go To Greetings Stamp Set. “A Little Note of Thanks” is from Sweet Songbirds Stamp Set.

I had so much fun decorating my house for the party. I made the animal prints on Canva. FYI…The 9 square magnetic frames are from the Online Kits Collection in my SU! store. I have them up year round and change out photos, etc. as I desire or for the holidays/seasons. I have to give a shout out to my sister Joan for the beautiful flower arrangements she treated us to for the lunch tables. We had lunch in my Stampin’ Peace Studio downstairs, then came up stairs for presents and dessert.

Parents to be Jon and Andrea, Emily (aka Auntie Em) on left, me (aka Grandma Mary or GM as Jon says) on right.
There were so many people who celebrated with us. Our family is blessed and feels the love.
Now, the real wait for Baby Schmidt begins…9 weeks and counting!
Thanks for letting me share a bit about my family. I hope you are enjoying some time with the people you love too.
