Growth Takes Time Gatefold Card

Today’s post features the wonderful Growth Takes Time Stamp Set from our Online Exclusives collection. It’s the perfect stamp set for cards of encouragement and support, and the illustrations are simple yet beautiful. In this video replay, I’ll show you how to create an alternate version of the traditional Gatefold Card. You’ll appreciate how easy it is to make this card with my cutting and scoring dimensions. I think you’ll also enjoy seeing how to beautify the inside of your cards with your stamp sets as I did in this card making your handmade cards even more special.

Growth Takes Time Demonstration:

Cutting & Scoring Dimensions:

  • Copper Clay card base = 5 1/2″ x 11″, score at 1 1/4″ and 5 1/2″ on long side, fold flaps toward front with large flap on left and small flap on right.
  • Granny Apple Green card stock layers (cut 2 of each size) = 5 1/4″ x 2 3/4″, 5 1/4″ x 1″
  • Basic White for inside = 5 1/4″ x 4″, 5″ x 2 1/2″ x 5″ 3/4″
  • Basic White scraps for die cutting circles on front =
