Day 3 of our cruise took us to Juneau where Captain Dan and his crew took us on a whale watching excursion. The weather couldn't have been more perfect. It was unseasonably warm for Juneau with sunny blue skies all day. The boat was pretty fast so I also got to enjoy sporting my new Stampin' Up! logo jacket. We first got to see Orca Whales which apparently are only seen on about 10% of these tours, so that was a bonus! We also saw Humpback Whales, Sea Lions, and Bald Eagles. The scenery and views were incredible, like nothing I've seen before.
After our boat ride, we ate dinner at the famous Red Dog Saloon. I loved the fresh fish & chips. We also each left our mark there as many others did before us.
The town of Juneau is quaint and fun with friendly people, great shops, pretty flowers, and gorgeous views.
And to end the day, another awesome pillow gift from Stampin' Up! I do feel valued and appreciated with all this spoiling!
I received the swap card below from Incentive Trip Achiever Kimberly Dent. There's so much detail to it, but yet so easy to duplicate. The Bundle used is so fitting for the trip we were on too. I created a downloadable PDF to help you recreate it. Download Project Sheet – Sea of Textures Card by Stampin’ Up Demonstrator Kimberly Dent
