The Daisy Delight Designer Series Paper available to order from the new 2017-2018 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog is sure to be a favorite among paper crafters. The patterns, the colors, the versatility…it's all good! I designed this Z-Fold card featuring the Daisy Delight DSP for a demonstrator swap I participated in recently. The coordinating stamp set is fabulous. It's possibilities are endless.
Other new products used in this card include Tranquil Tide card stock, Crushed Curry 3/8" Mini Chevron Ribbon, and Gold Faceted Gems.
Tip: Enhance your Designer Series Paper by painting parts of it with Clear Wink of Stella. It doesn't show in these photos, but I painted the flower petals with Clear Wink of Stella. Doing so added a little shimmer and shine to the already beautiful watercolor look of the petals. I also painted over the stamped "Thank You" with Clear Wink of Stella.
Did you know that Stampin' Up! often has artists design and watercolor images that are later used for our Designer Series Paper Packs? Delightful Daisy is an example of one of those paper packs. I sure would love to see this process happen, from artist's inception to the manufacturing and use of the Designer Series Paper.
Calypso Coral card base is 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 2 1/8" and 4 1/4" on long side. Fold card in half, then fold flap created by 2 1/8" to create top flap.
Whisper White card stock inside is 5 1/4" x 4". (Be sure to stamp before adhering to inside of card.)
Tranquil Tide card stock is 5 1/4" x 4". (Adhere to small front flap only.)
Polka Dot DSP is 5 1/4" x 1 1/4".
Floral DSP is 5" x 3".
