This 2nd card I included in my A-2 Book Box (see May 20th post for video tutorial) is sooooo quick and easy…handmade and no stamping. It uses a simple card layout that will work with any Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper and coordinating card stock and ribbon.
Begin with a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Thick Whisper White card stock scored at 4 1/4" for your card base. Adhere 4" x 5 1/4" Pool Party card stock to the card base. Cut the balloons print from the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper to 3" x 4 1/4" and layer on top of 3 1/4" x 4 1/2" Basic Black card stock. Cut 5" of Pool Party Glitter Ribbon and wrap around front of layers. Tie a bow with the Pool Party Ribbon and adhere to strip of ribbon with Glue Dots. Adhere layered pieces with ribbon and bow to card base using Stampin' Dimensionals.
