The cards you see me make in this video are actually quite easy. The card layout is simple but it’s the combination of the layered die cut shapes with the Berry Botanical Vellum and coordinating colors that make these card sensational! The beautiful shaped layers were made with the Sweet Words Dies.


Dimension for Berry Botanical Vellum card above:
- Card base = 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″ on long side, fold in half.
- Basic White for inside card = 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Basic White Layer on front = 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″
- Basic White for die cutting = 3 3/4″ x 5″
- Berry Botanical Vellum DSP = cut just very slightly smaller than 3 3/4″ x 5″
- Card stock for Die Cutting “frame” = approximately 3 3/4″ x 5 1/4″
- Basic White for sentiment = scrap
