There are so many different ways to use Stampin’ Up! Watercolor Pencils in your card making and paper crafting. In this post, I show you my favorite Watercolor Pencil Technique! It’s so easy and gives impressive results! I hope you’ll give it a try after watching my video demonstration below!
There are lots of different stamps you can use when applying the Watercolor Pencil Technique you are about to see in the video below. I’ve chosen to use the brand new Flowers Fair Stamp Set for my demonstration.
Dimensions for Flowers Fair card:
- Card base = 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″ on long side, fold in half.
- Basic White inside = 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Card stock layer = 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″
- Embossed & colored layer = 3 3/4″ x 5″

Stampin’ Up! has 2 assortments of Watercolor Pencils to choose from. Note that there is no repeat of colors between the 2 assortments. Choose 1 set or both for more color selection.

I hope you’ve picked up some creative inspiration and helpful tips from this post. AND I hope MY favorite Watercolor Pencil Technique becomes one of your favorites too. Be sure to share the cards you make with this technique on Facebook in my Stampin’ Peace VIP Group for all to enjoy!
Wishing you peace, joy, and happy stamping!
