Fun Technique using Vellum

Vellum…a product that’s often forgotten or perhaps has never been tried. Most people know its use of layering on cards or behind photos on scrapbook pages, or placed on top of wedding invitations when mailing. BUT, there is so much more to vellum.

In today’s post, I’m sharing with you MY favorite VELLUM TECHNIQUE! It involves using heating embossing and coloring with Stampin’ Blends. It’s easy, it’s quick, it’s fun, and it adds a definite WOW factor to your cards and paper crafts! AND, I’ll be introducing you to one of Stampin’ Up!’s newest products – the Flowers Fair Stamp Set (coming March 3, 2016).

Enjoy the demonstration, then give this Vellum Technique at try! My guess is you’ll be wow’ed by it and love it as much as I do!

Can you tell I’m not the best photographer??? The Petunia Pop used in the demonstration and sample cards looks like Gorgeous Grape in the still photos. Oh, well. that would be a great color for these cards as well along with many, many others.

I hope you enjoyed learning MY favorite card making technique using Vellum.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I’m always happy to help and support you in your stamping and paper crafting.

Wishing you peace, joy, and happy stamping.
