Check out the cards I made by CASEing a Christmas Card!

CASE = Copy And Share Everything

What does it mean to CASE a handmade card, scrapbook page, or other project? It means we draw creative inspiration from something we see on social media or in a video and use that idea to create something of our own. We might choose to copy that card or project exactly or, perhaps, the layout or color combination.

In this post you’ll see how I CASE’d a Christmas card I received from my friend and Merry Stampers Team Member Donna Bennett. I looked at the Joyful Tidings card Donna made and decided I wanted to CASE it for the card layout. Looking at it further, I realized that by using 4″ x 5 1/4″ pieces of Designer Series Paper for the background layer, I could make 6 cards using one sheet of Designer Series Paper. So why not make a set of 6 cards and use up some of my paper? Great idea, right?

Stampin’ Up! products featured in this video tutorial include the Storybook Moments Designer Series Paper, Darling Dinos Stamp Set, and With You In Mind Stamp Set to make 2 sets of 6 cards each. I REALLY want to use up this DSP!!!

Enjoy this video on CASEing, then grab some card stock, paper, and stamps and do a little CASEing of your own from these cards. Enjoy the creative time!

I hope you find comfort and ease of crafting by sometimes choosing to CASE your cards, scrapbook pages, and other projects. Crafting is meant to be fun and CASEing, often times, eliminates the stress-factor. I love that in this hobby and in this Stampin’ Peace community, we are free to CASE – Copy And Share Everything. For in doing so, we become more creative and enjoy building connections with others who share our love of stamps, ink, and paper! I can’t wait to see what you all create by CASEing the cards shown in this post!

As we close out 2025, I want to take a moment to again THANK YOU for your support of my business and for being a valued part of my Stampin’ Peace community!

Wishing you peace, joy, and happy stamping!
