Use Scraps for “Easy-To-Make” cards!

What’s better than an easy-to-make card layout for quick cards you’ll enjoy making and other will enjoy receiving? How about ones made using your scraps? Enjoy watching this video as I show you how to create simple cards in a flash using up scraps of paper. you no doubt have. Then start creating a stack of scrappy cards to have at the ready when you need them!

Note that I used scraps of Mixed Media Florals Designer Series Paper and a sentiment from the Charming Day Stamp Set, but you can substitute any of your paper and stamps to make your own unique cards. Mix and match ’til your heart’s content is the key!

Dimensions for Scrappy Cards made in this video:

  • Card base = 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″ on long side, fold in half.
  • Basic White inside = 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • DSP strips = Cut 4 at 3/4″ x 3 1/2″. Cut 2 center strips at 3/4″ x 3 1/4″.
