Sometimes all you need is a little inspiration to get started creating on your own. It’s not unusual to look through blog posts, watch videos, or visit Pinterest. But what do you do when a handmade card or project catches your eye?
Sometimes, all you need to start creating is a little inspiration. In this video, I’ll show you what it means to CASE a card or project, then demonstrate CASEing a favorite card layout of mine with different products to make 3 entirely different cards.


Dimensions for my Painterly Pears card above & CASE’d cards below:
- Card base = 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″ on long side, fold in half.
- Basic White inside = 5 1/4″ x 4″
- DSP 1 = 5 1/4″ x 4″
- DSP 2 = 5 1/4″ x 1 1/2″
- DSP 3 = Die cut with the largest circle or square from the Stylish Shapes Dies
