In this video, I feature the lovely Florals in Bloom Suite to make my 2 card with the Floating Strips Techniques. It’s definitely a favorite among our Stampin’ Up! Suite collections. (Be sure to check out our Buy One, Get One 50% Suites & Suite products at the bottom of the post.)
Dimensions for Floating Strips Florals in Bloom Card above:
- Card base = 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″ on long side, fold in half.
- Basic White inside = 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Window Sheet = 4″ x 5 1/4″
- DSP before cutting into strips = 4″ x 5″
- Card stock for sentiment = 1/2″ strip
Dimensions for Floating Strips Florals in Bloom Card above:
- Card base = 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″ on long side, fold in half.
- Basic White inside = 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Basic White layer on front = 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″
- Card stock layer on front = 3 3/4″ x 5 “
- Card stock for sentiment = 3 3/4″ x 1″
Here’s another sent of Floating Strips Cards also made with the Florals in Bloom Suite, but I switched out the rectangular Grown With Love Die for one of the circular Spotlight on Nature Dies. Same technique, same card layout, just a different die cut shape.
