Many of you know, I have a slipped disc. The injury occurred on January 11th knocking off my feet for a few weeks. While I’m doing much better, I am still in the recovery phase so please keep the thoughts and prayers coming. The first couple weeks, I was pretty much glued to my recliner. And what is a crafter to do when confined to a recliner??? Well, I read a bit, caught up on some paper work, and did some coloring and made cards. (I admit, I’m a craft junkie.)
It’s hard to believe we’re already on Day 11 of my 14 Days of Love series. I’ve enjoyed doing this so much that I think I’ll make it an annual tradition here at StampinPeace.com.
For Day 11, I’m sharing a 12″ x 12″ EASY One Sheet Wonder for you. Yes, I said EASY One Sheet Wonder. With it, you’ll make 11 cards that are simple to make but so very pretty. I featured a sentiment from the Adoring Hearts Bundle and the Most Adored Specialty Designer Series Paper for my cards, but you can use any stamp set and DSPs you like for endless possibilities with this 12″ x 12″ One Sheet Wonder. It’s a great way to make lots of Valentines if you still need to get some out this week or any cards for any occasion. One Sheet Wonders are also a great way to build up your stash of cards to have ready as you need them.
FYI…You can get the Most Adored 12″ x 12″ Specialty Designer Series Paper FREE with a qualifying order of $50 or more (before sh & tax).
OSW Template & Coordinating Card Sketches:
These are the 11 cards I made with the One Sheet Wonder Template and 3 Coordinating Card Sketches above. Be sure to download the OSW Template and Card Sketches to use today and in the future.
Notice that I colored only a small portion of the DSP using Stampin’ Blends in Real Red and Granny Apple Green. This is one version of the “spotlighting” technique and works perfectly with the Most Adored Specialty DSP. I colored AFTER cutting the DSP using the One Sheet Wonder template.
The photos above are close-up views of Cards A & B. You’ll make 8 of Card A and 2 of Card B.
You’ll make one of Card C shown in the photos below.
I hope that you feel inspired to create AND that you find joy in making and sending your handmade cards.
Wishing you peace, joy, and happy stamping always,
Mary Knabe
Mary,
Sending you prayers for healing. I also have back issues, 3 surgeries,
so I can definitely sympathize. I so enjoy and look forward to your videos. You’re a true inspiration.
Take care.
Debbie
Thank you, Debbie.
