Do you love creating cards with Embossing Folders? Have you ever tried using Embossing Folder with Vellum card stock? If you have, then you know vellum is somewhat fragile and can tear. And if you haven’t embossed card stock yet, well I hope you do but only after watching this video. I’ve got a great Embossing Folder Hack to make sure your vellum does not tear when embossed with your favorite embossing folders. It’s so easy you won’t believe it, and it allows you to make 2 cards at once because you know making 2 cards is more fun than making just one.

Dimensions for Merry Melody EF cards above:
- Cherry Cobbler card base = 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″ on long side, fold in half.
- Basic White inside card = 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Joyful DSP = 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″
- Gold Foil = 4 1/2″ x 3 1/4″
- Vellum card stock = 4 1/4″ x 3″
- Cherry Cobbler card stock = 4 1/4″ x 3″

Below is a very similar pair of cards. I swapped out the Cherry Cobbler card stock and Joyful DSP with Shaded Spruce card stock and Joyful DSP. The sentiment on these cards is also from the Christmas Classics Stamp Set.

Don’t forget to check out the LAST CHANCE PRODUCTS for the 2023 September – December Mini Catalog. All products are available while supplies last only so order sooner rather than later for best selection.

I’ve been enjoying lots of family time the last few days which always fills my heart. Christmas movies and puzzles, good food, some shopping, and some holiday decorating have been enjoyed. Saturday we’ll be glued to the TV as we cheer on our favorite team – THE Ohio State Buckeyes – as they battle “that team up north”.
I hope you are spending time with ones you love and/or doing things you love this weekend and that YOUR heart is full also.
Here’s to enjoying special moments!
