Pinwheel Cards Made Easy

Do you remember playing with PINWHEELS in your childhood? I sure do, and what fun memories those are. Making Pinwheel Cards stirs up these same childhood memories for me. In my FB Live Replay below, I show you just how easy it really is to make pretty Pinwheel Cards in your favorite Designer Series Papers and colors for any occasion at all.

Dimensions for All About Autumn Pinwheel Card:

  • Very Vanilla Thick card base = 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″ on long side, fold in half.
  • Mossy Meadow embossed layer = 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • Pumpkin Pie card stock (cut 2) = 2 5/8″ x 2 5/8″
  • DSP (cut 2 sets of 4 squares each) = 1 1/4″ x 1 1/4″
  • Very Vanilla = 3/4″ x 3″

Dimensions for Joy of Christmas Pinwheel Card:

  • Garden Green card base = 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″ on long side, fold in half.
  • Basic White inside = 5 1/4″ x 4 “
  • DSP layer = 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • Garden Green (cut 2) = 2 5/8″ x 2 5/8″
  • DSP (cut 2 sets of 4 squares each) = 1 1/4″ x 1 1/4″
  • Basic White = 3/4″ x 4″

Dimensions for Let’s Go Fishing Pinwheel Card:

  • Misty Moonlight card base = 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″ on long side, fold in half.
  • Very Vanilla inside = 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • DSP layer – 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • Misty Moonlight (cut 2) = 2 5/8″ x 2 5/8″
  • DSP (cut 2 sets of 4 squares each) = 1 1/4″ x 1 1/4″
  • Misty Moonlight strip 3/4″ x 4″
  • DSP 1/2″ x 4″
  • Very Vanilla 1″ x 2″
