Stamping techniques are so much fun to learn and share. Here I share one of my favorites that I haven’t done in quite some time. So happy to have remembered this one. With this stamping technique, you’ll die cut once and make 2 cards. So watch and enjoy, then grab your Two-Tone Flora Dies (or another detailed background die), some ink pads, card stock, and blending brushes, and you’ll be set.
My Stamping Technique Demonstration:
Cutting Dimensions for Two-Tone Flora Cards:
- Basic White Thick Card Base = 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″ on long side, fold in half.
- Basic White card stock for die cutting = 5 1/2″ x 4″
- Basic White card stock scraps for sentiments
- Granny Apple Green card stock scrap
The card above was made using the inked Two-Tone Flora die cut. Don’t you just love the sentiment? So perfect for a birthday, congratulations, or friendship card.
I used the piece of card stock left once the inked die cut was lifted from it for my thank you card above.
If you like this stamping technique, you’ll want to see how I used it with the Simply Succulent Stamp Set & Potted Succulents Dies and different colors! Click here to visit that blog post.
I hope you enjoyed learning this stamping technique and that I’ve inspired you to give it a try.
Wishing you a peace-filled day with a little stamping.
