Flowing Flowers Cards

Happy New Year, Stampin' Peace Friends!

With the holidays behind us, it's time to start thinking about writing our Thank You Notes. I'm sharing what I'm using as my birthday and Christmas thank you notes. They feature the brand new Flowing Flowers Stamp Set and Very Vanilla Note Cards & Envelopes. I love using our Notecards & Envelopes of quick and easy thank you cards or when I need to make several of other kinds of cards. They're very affordable at just $7 for 20 pre-cut and scored note cards and envelopes in either Basic White or Very Vanilla. The folded size is 3 1/2" x 5", and yes, they are mailable.

This Video Replay of my December 27th Facebook Live includes a demonstration of the Simple Stamping I used to make all these cards. Remember, Simple Stamping means we use stamps, ink, and paper only. It's fun and easy but still allows you to make pretty cards. So watch now then do some Simple Stamping cards of your own.

I chose to use Merry Merlot ink on these cards, but so many of our colors look amazing on the Very Vanilla Note Cards & Envelopes. FYI…you'll want to use some Grid Paper or other scrap paper as you will be stamping off the edge of the note cards.

The following cards are very similar to the ones above except I added a layer of Merry Merlot card stock.

The flowers and sentiments in the two cards below are embossed with Clear Embossing Powder.

I hope you enjoyed today's Simple Stamping project. Beautiful doesn't always have to be overwhelming. You can make simple and beautiful cards with stamps, ink, and paper.

Happy New Year and Happy Stamping, friends.
