Artistry Blooms for Birthdays

I have to admit, I was stepping outside of my comfort zone a bit by using the Artistry Blooms Designer Series. While I love the combinations of the bright colors, the patterns and prints really just don't speak to me. I gave it a go, though, and applied it to the card layouts I learned from Heidi Collins and used in a recent Facebook Live. Check out the cards in my video replay below. 

I chose Mango Melody, Melon Mambo, and Gorgeous Grape for the color combination.

The "Birthdays are the Best Days" sentiment is from the Beautiful Friendship Stamp set.

I colored Basic Rhinestone Embellishments with a Dark Mango Melody Stampin' Blends Marker.

For this last card, I switched out the card stock strips with more Artistry Blooms Designer Series Paper.
