Be Like A Pineapple!

Be Like A Pineapple. Stand tall. Wear a crown. And be sweet on the inside.

I made several of the following card to send this pineapple message to some very special people.

What a great reminder this message is for girls and women everywhere. We all need to believe in ourselves and each other. We need to believe that we are worthy of the rewards of our hard work. We need to be proud of who we are and to BE who we are. We need to be sweet and kind and make a positive difference in this world. AND, in doing this, we will lift each other up. And, what a wonderful world it will be!

The bottom of the pineapple was cut from a piece of See A Silhouette Designer Series Paper (credit & thanks for this go to Patty Bennett) using the In The Tropics Dies from the Timeless Tropical Bundle. The top of the pineapple known as the "crown" was cut from Pear Pizzazz card stock. 2 colors of ink were added to both parts of the pineapple with sponge daubers and ink pads. You'll want to watch my Facebook Live Video Replay to see my demonstration of coloring the pineapple and what each part looks like before and after ink was added. 

I made a Word Document with the Be Like A Pineapple quote, then printed it on Whisper White card stock. I then cut out each of them with a Stitched Oval Die. We have many other dies that could work as well.  Download Pineapple Sheet
