Frost is part of my morning views here in the midwest this time of year. Stampin' Up! has done a fabulous job capturing such scenes in its Feels Like Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper, and there is so much to love about this paper and all the products in the Feels Like Frost Suite. One side of each 6" x 6" sheet of Feels Like Frost Specialty DSP is a photo-realistic image of the simple beauty of nature touched by frost. The opposite side is a simple pattern in Metallic Silver and Whisper White. Both sides of all sheets bring so many creative ideas to mind. I can't wait to put more of them to work for me.
In the meantime, I'd like to show you my take on the Feels Like Frost Scenery Cards inspired by my SU! demonstrator friend, Rachel Tessman. The cards I demonstrate in my video make the most of the photo realistic scenes. In fact, these fun fold cards use all but a 3/4" of each 6" x 6" piece of this specialty DSP. I hope you enjoy my creative sharing in my video below which I shared in a past Facebook Live.
Noble Peacock Rhinestones perfectly placed using the Take Your Pick Tool are a great way to embellish these cards.
Fun Folds, Fancy Folds, Creative Creases, whatever you want to call these cards, they are always fun and fabulous to make and send!
