Whitewashing Technique with To A Wild Rose

One of the many benefits of being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator is learning and sharing new stamping techniques. The White Washing Technique may not be new to everyone, but it is fairly new to me. My June 25th Facebook Live on my Stamp 'n Scrap with Mary Knabe Business Page was a great opportunity to share this technique with followers. I'm including the video on today's blog post so I can share it with even more stamping enthusiasts. Whether you are an avid crafter or brand new to stamping and paper crafting, you can be successful using the White Washing Technique with my easy to follow demonstration in the video below.

I featured the new and very beautiful To A Wild Rose Stamp Set. This set was designed in part by Mary Ellen Byler as one of her rewards for achieving $1 Million Dollar Career Sales as a SU! Demonstrator. How awesome is that to be able to help design a stamp set that will be sold world wide? Congratulations, Mary Ellen, and thank you for inspiring me with your stamp set. I should also mention that Mary Ellen designed this set in honor of her grandmother. She must be one special grandma, don't you think?
