Merry Christmas Eve!
I love Christmas, and I love decorating for Christmas (although, I've toned it down a bit the last couple years from 8 trees to 4 trees). The last 4 years I have had a Stampin' Up! tree. Today, I'd like to share pictures of this year's tree with its Candy Cane Lane theme. I was fortunate to be able to work with Joni Ahlers on this project as she was decorating a Christmas tree with a Gingerbread theme for an auction supporting Children's Hospital of Dayton, Ohio. We joined forced getting together 3 evenings with food and wine, friends Stacey Quattlebaum and Becky Loock, and lots and lots of Stampin' Up! papers and supplies.
I love having my Stampin' Up! tree ready for my Customer Appreciation Holiday Open House in early December each year and hearing the excitement and oohs and ahhs of my customers when they see it in my foyer. My customers are also invited to bring any kind of handmade ornament to hang on the tree also. There is a lot of love on this tree.
I was asked a number of times what I do with these decorations when I'm finished with them. It is my vision that when I have several years worth of Stampin' Up! Christmas Tree decorations saved, I will set up several Stampin' Up! trees and auction them off for charity. I think this vision fits with the spirit of giving and making a difference.
Speaking of giving, many thanks to those who attended my Customer Appreciation Holiday Open House and brought items to be donated to my local food pantry. I appreciate your generosity each year.
Best Wishes for a safe, happy, peaceful Christmas Eve!

Beautiful!
Thanks very much, Gail and Janelle. I’ve enjoyed creating Stampin’ Up! trees over the years. I haven’t done it since I moved a few years ago, but will likely start back up next year. I’ve missed it.
