Happy 4th of July “Sparklers”

Happy 4th of July, everyone!  Hope you all are celebrating with family and friends. I made these "Sparkler" favors by wrapping a 5" x 6" piece of Real Red or Night of Navy Designer Series Paper around a box of Sparklers. I used the Stars Framelits Dies, Large Number Framelits Dies, 2" Circle Punch, 2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punch, and the Number of Years Stamp Set to decorate the top end of the box.  

A fun, festive way to pass out sparklers!
