I very recently lost a very close friend unexpectedly. Her name was Starr, and her personality truly reflected her name. Starr shined in everything she did. She had a smile that radiated joy. She exemplified what it meant to live each day to the fullest. Starr made this world a better place simply by being her true and best self each day. I was honored to speak at Starr's memorial service. Three friends and I got together the evening before the service to make pins for people to wear in Starr's honor. It seemed fitting that we used the Big Shot and the Stars Framelits Dies as Starr was initially "hooked" on card making and Stampin' Up! after using the Big Shot at my first ever Customer Appreciation Holiday Open House she attended several years ago, her first experience at a Stampin' Up! event ever.
