I love seeing what everyone comes up with for our annual Merry Stampers Team gift exchange. Our gift exchange is approximately a $10 value with at least some touch of Stampin' Up! After all, that's what we do and what brought us all together.
Susi Brunk was the first to pick a wrapped gift, and she picked mine. I purchased this cute lantern and scented votive candles, then decorated it with a paper poinsettia. I stamped Versa Mark ink and embossed in gold on Real Red and Old Olive card stock. Then punched the petals and leaves with SU! Festive Flower Punch and adhered them with Mini Glue Dots. Basic Pearls and a bit of Gold Satin Ribbon finished it off.
My gift was a tin of cookies decorated with a Christmas Tree created by Tami Benge with Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper and the Rosette Die.
Sharon Shreve received two cute ornaments created by Tracy Dahling.
Tracy Dahling received 2 candles each with a Stampin' Up! stamped image embedded in it. Candles created by Jo Ann Glenn.
New comer to the Merry Stampers Team, Beth Jones, received the coveted "blue box" which contained a beautiful blue scarf of the same color and an adorable tag wrapped around the scarf. I love how Jaime repurposed such a beautiful box. Thank goodness her mom is a "pretty box hoarder" as Jaime described her. The hand crafted tag wrapping the scarf was a little work of art making this gift extra special.
