Make My Popcorn Purse!

My family has always enjoyed movies whether it be movie night at home or a trip to the theatre (boy, do I miss that). And popcorn just makes the movie experience better! It seemed appropriate that I have a fun Oscar Night treat so why not share my "popcorn purse". Take a look at my fancy Oscar Night clutch made from Simply Elegant Specialty Designer Series Paper and Basic Black Card Stock. It looks so elegant on the outside, but on the inside it's a popcorn party!

A couple of tiny refrigerator magnets were used on this, but velcro or double stick tape is another option for this party favor.

This paper is so elegant. It really did make my project look like a real clutch I'd carry for a special occasion.

I made this video as a result of so many requests by people who saw this post originally. Enjoy!

Thanks for visiting Stampin' Peace with Mary Knabe. I hope you like today's project. Change up the paper and card stock to make popcorn purses for favors at a little girl's party. Make it pretty for Mother's and enclose a movie night coupon along with the popcorn for a fun Mother's Day Gift. Enclose a movie or theatre gift card also inside the popcorn purse and give it as a Birthday gift for your favorite movie lover.
