You’re going to love these easy and elegant cards. In fact, they are so easy, you may want to grab your supplies and make them along with me.
You’ll need:
- 12″ x 12″ sheet of pretty paper (or Designer Series Paper as we call it in the Stampin’ Up! world) = Cutting will be shown in video.
- 6 card base each measuring 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″, fold in half.
- 6 pieces of Basic White card stock for inside each measuring 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Paper Trimmer
- Adhesive
- Sentiment stamp & coordinating punch or die
- Embellishments of your choice.
The cards made in this video use the Lovely Garden Designer Series Paper, Black card bases, Melon Mambo card stock for stamping and punching sentiments, Black Momento Ink, Adhesive-Backed Matte Dots. The sentiment is from the Peace on Earth Stamp Set.
I hope you enjoyed this demonstration to make 6 quick and easy cards. These cards are great for beginners or those with limited supplies. And for more experienced card makers, use this as a means to build up your stash of cards or when you need several cards in a hurry. Another idea is to use different sentiments to make a gift set for a friend, co-worker, teacher, birthday or hostess gift.
