I am sharing some of my all time favorite products in this video demonstration. I‘ve combined one of my favorite bundles from the January – June Mini Catalog, Daffodil Daydream, with a favorite from the Annual Catalog, Mercury Glass Designer Acetate. The finished cards are beautiful and perfect for sending Easter Blessings or spring greetings or many other occasions. In this Facebook Live video replay, I give you some tips for organizing all those Daffodil Dies (there’s a lot) and 3 charts to make assembling the daffodil pieces a lot easier. I also demonstrate creating a second card. This one is made with the Daffodil Daydream stamps and colored with Stampin’ Blends, my favorite coloring tools. So whether you want to die cut daffodils or stamp and color them or both, you’ve got some tips and inspiration to help you get started.
Cutting Dimensions for card above:
- Card base = 4 1/4″ x 11″, score at 5 1/2″ on long side
- Mercury Glass Designer Acetate = 4″ x 6″, cut at 5 1/4″
Cutting Dimensions for card above:
- Card base = 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″ on long side
- Mercury Glass Designer Acetate = 4″ x 6″, cut at 5 1/4″
- Basic White layer = 3 1/2″ x 2 1/4″
Use the following charts to help you assemble your die cut daffodils.
