Sometimes I enjoy stepping away from the traditional red and green of Christmas, and trying something different. I CASED this card from SU! Demonstrator and member of my Merry Stampers Team, Tracy Dahling. She made it in Tranquil Tide, not a color I would have used for this card, but it worked. Then, I made it with Soft Sky and loved it! Soft Sky, Whisper White, and Silver are a perfect combo for festive, snowy cards and crafts. Believe it or not, the DSP used on this card is from the Coffee Break Designer Series Paper, not a Holiday DSP pack. I love the versatility of our Stampin' Up! products and the ease with which we can mix and match them. I was also thinking that a quick change of the sentiment would make this card great for someone with a winter birthday.
Dimensions: Soft Sky card base is 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4" on long side. Whisper White Layer is 5 1/4" x 4". Coffee Break DSP Layer is 5 1/8" x 3 7/8".
Assembly Tips: Adhere snowflakes with Fine Tip Glue Pen or Glue Dots. Adhere Whisper White oval with Stampin' Dimensionals. Use a SU! Paper-Piercing Tool to lift and place Rhinestones and/or other small embellishments.
